Tools for neuroanatomy & connectomics

Libraries, apps and dataset packages to fetch, analyze, compare and visualize neurons and connectomes. Developed by the Drosophila Connectomics Group (University of Cambridge) and the Jefferis lab (MRC LMB), together with contributors from many other labs.

      Tools

Everything from general-purpose neuron libraries to dataset-specific packages. Many tools exist in both R (the natverse) and Python (the navis ecosystem).

        Questions & bugs

Open an issue on the tool's GitHub repository - every tool card above links to it. For open-ended questions, navis and Coda also have discussion boards.

Tip: include a short code example, your package versions and the dataset you are using.
