Duplicate root_ids to check spans 68 rows
over 34 root_ids. Unlike the CRANT pipeline these are
not recomputed here: the value is read straight from the
server-maintained root_duplicated checkbox, set every 30
min by the FlyTable update job for any root_id with 2+ rows
after setting aside rows tagged
status = duplicate. Rows manually tagged
status = duplicate (485) are a deliberate
“known duplicate, keep anyway” flag and are excluded from the count
above.
In aedes, status is primarily a
proofreading-workflow field (adequate,
to_review, needs_extending,
SecondPass, complete, …) — see the annotation
dashboard for the full breakdown. This is unlike CRANT, where
status carried QC flags (uppercase, comma-joined
DUPLICATED).
Two lowercase tokens matter for QC and are dropped by default in
aedes_meta() (its drop_status default), so
this pipeline pulls aedes_meta(drop_status = NULL) to keep
them visible:
